Return HERO provides a third-party return management service where we collect return items from your specified location, process returns with retailers on your behalf, handle return shipping and documentation, and track and confirm refund processing.
You agree to provide accurate personal and contact information, ensure items are properly packaged, include original receipts when possible, accurately describe item condition, and comply with original retailer's return policies.
Users must be 18 years or older, have a valid shipping address in our service area, and have a valid payment method.
Service fees are non-refundable, charged at time of return request, with pricing displayed on our website. Additional fees may apply for special handling.
